• Manage the full lifecycle from funding opportunity identification to submission and post-bid review. • Coordinate input from cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal, operations) to produce high-quality, compelling proposals. • Ensure all bids comply with client requirements, internal policies, and deadlines. • Maintain a bid library and templates to streamline future submissions. • Lead bid review meetings and contribute to decision-making processes. • Track bid performance and provide regular reports on bid success rates and pipeline status. • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather insights for future bids. • Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and best practices.
• Proven experience as a Bid writer/Manager or similar role. • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams. • Familiarity with bid management software and CRM tools is an advantage. • Industry knowledge related to Education/ Training would be an advantage but not essential.
