📋 Description
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners • Manage and support a portfolio of 30–40 partners simultaneously • Work with warm leads and onboard new partners • Drive partner growth and development to increase project revenue
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role • 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales • Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and confident in English (B2+), enabling smooth communication and efficient collaboration with partners across international markets • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Results-driven, client-focused approach • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently and structure information effectively • Experience with CRM tools • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
