📋 Description

• Drive and implement machine learning applications and solutions across the organization. • Stay at the forefront of machine learning research to improve the organization’s capabilities. • Optimize and refine machine learning practices to establish the organization as machine learning leader. • Formulate and validate modeling and dataset hypotheses by analyzing drivers and build development roadmap. • Define requirements and communicate needs to product and engineering teams. Drive the overall direction of machine learning advancements to support the organization’s strategic vision.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience as a Data Scientist or a related occupation. • Must have three (3) years of experience with/in: • Interpreting and translating research into practical applications; • Developing research-driven gaming Advertisement recommendation and user profiling system that enhance system performance and user engagement, leading to measurable business impact; • Using TensorFlow and PyTorch as well as understanding of model architectures and mechanisms to improve user engagement and further improve the performance of company’s advertisement network; • Analyzing model performance using model performance deep dive methodology and statistically bias understanding to identify key improvement areas, refining algorithms to enhance accuracy and efficiency; • Evaluating data trends and statistical patterns using Looker and Imply to pinpoint challenges; and • Driving informed decision-making in machine learning applications.
