📋 Description

• The Project Manager will work with our design, engineering, and strategy leaders from inception to completion to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget. • You'll work directly with customers and play an integral role in making sure all organizations are collaborating efficiently. • The Project Manager will also provide their expertise not only in project management, but also digital product management, account management, and management consulting. • Our process includes a blend of lean product management strategies combined with agile software development methodologies. • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and schedules for multiple projects including artificial intelligence, cloud, mobile, device, analytics, and web technologies. • Build and maintain project plans, track open issues & risks, and maintain project documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Coordinating client and internal meetings/video conferences. • Assist project leaders with various management and administrative tasks on multiple concurrent projects. • Creatine and maintain project documentation including agendas, meeting notes, and reports. • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9+ years of experience in project management, product management, design, engineering, or related fields. • At least 2 years of experience managing software development teams using a variation of either agile or scrum methodologies. • At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (e.g. provider, payer, digital health, pharmaceutical, or medical device). • English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English). • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development preferred but not required. • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Exceptionally well organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Highly collaborative team player - able to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Entrepreneurial self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup-like environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong attention to detail and process management. • Strategic and resourceful problem-solving skills.
