📋 Description

• Work closely with our legal and capital markets teams • Organize the closing and administration of complex financing transactions including warehouses, and ABS deals • Coordinate with external and internal teams to facilitate transaction execution • Draft basic legal documents including amendments and entity formation documents • Support ongoing transaction compliance including covenant tracking and UCC financing statement filing and renewals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 2 years focused on banking, capital markets or structured finance • Strong working knowledge of entity formation and maintenance • Proficiency with Word, Adobe, DocuSign, and iManage or another document management system • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines • Experience working at a law firm in the Capital Markets or Structured Finance groups or in the legal department of a fintech or bankAbility to prioritize effectively and anticipate next steps in transaction managementSelf-starter who thrives under time constraints in a fast-paced environment • Adaptability; willingness to be flexible and excited to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
