📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows (Single Agent, Multi-Agent, Assistants, Services). • Design and implement backend services and APIs to expose agentic technology. • Design and implement integrations to connect the assistant with the needed interfaces and interaction layers (e.g., APIs, MCP, A2A). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers/advisors, other developers, and product managers, to integrate AI models into production. • Optimize and scale backend systems to handle large-scale AI applications. • Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of backend services. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and backend development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development. • Extensive experience with Python. • Proven experience in building and deploying AI applications (e.g., assistants) using LLMs. • Experience with RAG implementations and prompt Engineering. • Familiarity with any AI Agentic framework. • Familiarity with MCP. • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. • Understanding of security best practices. • Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines and IaC. • Ownership and ability to work independently. • Startup experience or work in agile, fast-paced environments. • Bonus skills: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience using Pipedream.
