📋 Description

• Own and manage Oura’s CPQ system Dealhub, partnering closely with Oura’s RevOps, IT, and Product teams. • Lead end-to-end delivery of CPQ projects — from discovery through rollout — aligning solutions with business goals. • Manage the ongoing operational maintenance of sales SKUs, pricing, and product configurations, and lead efforts to incorporate new products, currencies, and changes across the product catalog. • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements. • Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams. • Support change management efforts with cross functional partners for successful adoption of technologies and capabilities by end users.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with CPQ and CRM platforms in a RevOps, Business Systems or IT role. • Strong understanding of sales workflows (e.g., quoting, renewals, approvals) and quote to order processes. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Hands-on experience as a Dealhub admin. Playbooks, approvals, workflows, and integration configuration experience is required.
