📋 Description
• Act as a claims expert for various Lloyd's accounts, providing prompt, fair, and high-quality claims service to clients. • Handle complex liability claims. • Lead independent adjusters and guide them in their investigations. • Settle claims directly with claimants or their representatives. • Administer claim payments/settlements using trust accounts. • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
🎯 Requirements
• College diploma or a combination of education and equivalent experience in a comparable organization. • Candidate must hold an AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license for the province of Quebec. • Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience handling liability claims. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French. • Experience with claims involving Lloyd's underwriters is an asset.
