📋 Description

• Rapid contact and follow-up with insureds and claimants • Investigate causes and report to clients with well-founded recommendations • Provide high-level customer service to clients and insureds • Execute tasks in accordance with established work standards, policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years' experience in property damage and liability • Training/experience in claims handling • Experience or interest in bodily injury claims • Customer service skills • Bilingualism (French and English) is a major asset
