📋 Description
• The RCM Business Analyst focuses on optimizing operational efficiency and financial performance. • Executing strategic transformation initiatives throughout Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. • Supporting RCM initiatives with duties including project management, analyzing areas for process improvement, training, and documenting step-by-step protocols. • Collaborating with leadership in other areas to support project initiatives. • Involvement with process reengineering, digital enablement, automation, and performance transformation focused on improving AR metrics such as DSO, denial rates, and collections.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED (Required). • Healthcare revenue cycle experience (minimum of 1 year).
