📋 Description
• Support the Operation Analytics & Clinical Informatics department by translating business needs into analytical solutions • Gather and analyze healthcare data, develop data models and reports, and work cross-functionally • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions • Evaluate information gathered, reconciles conflicts, and distinguish user requests from true needs • Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare and operational data, identifying trends and opportunities • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with key stakeholders to share findings
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a healthcare or clinical analytics environment • Experience working with clinical data (EHRs, claims, billing, etc.) and large-scale data systems in a healthcare setting is highly desirable • Exposure to healthcare quality reporting, regulatory requirements (e.g., CMS, HEDIS), or clinical outcome analysis is a plus
