• Drive day-to-day inside sales of plastic raw materials (PVC, PE, PP, PET, engineering plastics, scrap & regrind) • Prospect, cold-call, and follow up with buyers, suppliers, converters, and distributors across North & South America • Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline using Zoho CRM • Pitch Abir’s product portfolio, freight advantages, inventory positions, and pricing • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals • Maintain consistent communication with clients • Track resin prices, freight trends, supplier offers, and competitor activity • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and accounts • Travel occasionally for client visits and industry events
• 2–5+ years in plastics trading, recycling, polymers, or industrial B2B sales • Strong understanding of resin types and grades • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • High CRM discipline (Zoho preferred) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Willingness to travel occasionally.
