• Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, guiding technical teams through setup, testing, and go-live. • Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams. • Develop a scalable customer success framework, including playbooks, onboarding workflows, and support processes. • Act as an internal advocate for customer needs, providing structured feedback to product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities. • Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customers realize measurable value from Canopy Connect’s platform. • Support contract renewals and growth initiatives in partnership with Sales, Engineering and Leadership.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing APIs/User interfaces in professional service companies (e.g. insurance, wealth planning, accounting etc) especially with companies like Plaid, Finicity, Yodlee and MX. • Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs. • Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize customer success processes in early-stage or scaling organizations. • Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot issues related to APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions. • Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols • Bonus: Full-stack JavaScript experience • Bonus: Deep understanding of the insurance or fintech ecosystem.
