📋 Description

• Support our People Team and cross-functional partners • Maintain the reliability, security, and performance of Workday, focusing on Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and more • Solve Tier I tickets, empower stakeholders, and help scale our people systems as we grow • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with Workday, especially Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and Security • Hands-on expertise triaging and resolving Tier I HRIS tickets using tools like Jira or ServiceNow • Strong configuration knowledge across business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and EIBs • Experience managing security groups and role-based permissions in Workday • Familiarity with audit protocols and SOX-compliant system practices • Ability to analyze ticket trends and recommend scalable improvements • Strong communication and documentation skills—comfortable enabling stakeholders • A proactive approach to continuous learning and user training • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Bonus: Workday Pro Certification (Recruiting, HCM, or Security) and/or experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
