• Join our team at UTAC Italy S.r.l., a leading automotive inspection body. • The Finance / Admin Specialist is integral to supporting both operational and financial aspects of our inspection processes. • Assist in preparing and managing commercial proposals, communicating with clients, and supporting operational management of work orders. • Manage day-to-day financial tasks including invoicing, accruals, and financial reporting. • Ensure all activities adhere to our Quality Management System (QMS), update and maintain QMS records relevant to administrative and financial operations.
• Higher diploma or university degree (first or second level). • No prior professional experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. • Proficient in English. • Proficiency in French is highly preferred. • Basic understanding of financial management and accounting software (considered a plus, not required). • Knowledge of ISO 17020 standards is beneficial but not essential. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
