• Joining our team at UX Labs is like becoming part of a welcoming family that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. • We thrive on creating delightful and user-friendly digital experiences through our products and services, and we do it with a strong sense of camaraderie. • Here, you're not just an employee; you're a cherished member of a team that's deeply passionate about UX. • As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll take a leadership role in driving impactful research initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients on a mix of exciting projects. • Your expertise will guide research and inspire the team to elevate our digital experiences. • Lead comprehensive user research, utilizing methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics to gain deep insights into user behaviors and preferences. • Oversee the UX Audit process, providing expert guidance and ensuring quality outcomes. • Plan, execute, and manage complex research studies, including participant recruitment, data collection, and advanced analysis. • Synthesize research findings into compelling, data-driven narratives and present insights to stakeholders. • Develop and maintain user personas, customer journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts to inform design and development decisions. • Provide strategic insights and make cohesive, data-driven design recommendations. • Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders, making actionable suggestions for enhancing user experiences. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research findings are translated into impactful design solutions. • Mentor and guide junior UX researchers, fostering their growth and development. • Stay at the forefront of UX research trends and best practices, integrating the latest methodologies and tools into the research process.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have: 3-5 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher with a robust portfolio showcasing your research work. • Extensive experience in usability testing, user interviews, expert reviews, personas, user journey mapping, and stakeholder/discovery interviews. • Advanced proficiency with various UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization. • Exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of leading research initiatives. • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. • Nice to have: Relevant UX certifications or coursework. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or equivalent experience in the field.
