📋 Description

• Serve as the primary IT administrator for Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems, including configuration, user support, workflow automation, and platform optimization • Support administration across Google Workspace, Claude, and other essential IT platforms • Partner with Business Development on sales operations, alliance management, and marketing execution • Own Salesforce data quality, integrity, and governance • Support contract workflows through their lifecycle • Collaborate with Talent on recruitment coordination and talent development initiatives • Build weekly leadership reports covering key performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Clear and precise written, verbal, and listening skills • Ability to translate technical details into actionable information • Ability to own programs end-to-end from kickoff to completion • Analytical, methodical problem-solving skills using logic and data • Consulting or professional services experience preferred • Transparency, ownership, and attention to quality • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Media, advertising, or ad sales exposure preferred • Ability to execute independently with reasonable guidance • Hands-on, demonstrable Salesforce administration experience required • AI platform proficiency with Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms preferred • Educational background in technology, math, science, or engineering
