• Manage all Meta ad accounts and campaigns from setup to reporting. Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR). • Adjust budgets and pacing based on real-time performance data. • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. • Ensure accurate tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking). • Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and algorithm changes.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads. • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Google Sheets. • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills. • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair. • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed. • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone. • Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
