📋 Description

• Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols. • Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas. • Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures. • Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas. • Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications. • Designing and installing software databases. • Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures. • Identifying quality issues and creating test reports. • Collaborating with the design team to solve application faults.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with cypress • Experience writing scripts in javascript • Experience with manual testing and knowledge on tools like qTest and Test Rail • Ability to differentiate between functional testing and performance testing. Design, execute and document both. • Experience with jUnit, jMeter. • Experience testing REST (APIs) • Understand the difference between unit test and integration test • Familiarity with code coverage analysis • Generate execution plans and analyze queries performance (nice to have) • 3+ years previous experience working as a QA automation engineer. • Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases. • Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols. • Eagerness for both manual and automated testing practices. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Good project management skills.
