📋 Description
• Write consistently and meet assigned deadlines • Pitch ideas and work with editors to refine them • Primarily pitch article ideas based on personal interests and expertise • Stay up-to-date on the latest tech news, products, and updates • Work within a CMS, adhering to style guidelines, finding and formatting images, and adding links
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant experience in writing and editing • Self-starting attitude; willingness to pitch and work on ideas without prompting • Knowledge across a variety of technology • Updates to the latest versions and first-hand use of products, platforms, and gear are required • Basic SEO knowledge is preferred • Clear writing and understanding of the audience • Application requires CV, cover letter, screening questions, and links to previously published work • Cover letter must explain interest in writing for MUO, fit for the role, previous experience, and passion for home tech • Provide 2–3 links to previously published home articles from online publications
