📋 Description

• Champion the integrity, reliability, and technical excellence of retail media platform. • Drive alignment between enterprise retail partners and internal teams. • Lead the Product Quality function and optimize implementation workflows. • Audit and optimize the CX tech stack and partner with Product Managers. • Design sophisticated workflows for issue resolution. • Guide technical communication strategy for high-priority retail partners. • Drive customer support operations excellence and manage escalation processes. • Champion strategy for Knowledge Bases and create training sessions for internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ Years of Experience • AdTech Fluency • Technical Rigor • Comfort leveraging AI tools • Executive Communication • Analytical Prowess • Collaborative Leadership • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
