📋 Description

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals • Identify and manage financial risks • Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reports for Senior Management • Review and analyze financial results against budgets • Develop financial budgets, reports, forecasts, and investor-related presentations • Support the business with ad hoc requests for data and insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field preferred • MBA or CPA is preferred but not required • Several years of experience in financial management or a related field • Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis within the technology or construction • Experience working in a matrix environment, especially cross-region organizations globally • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills • Excellent planning and organization skills • Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Power BI • Experience with financial planning software such as Yardi, SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.
