📋 Description

• Ensure financial reporting accuracy and contribute to a robust internal control environment • Develop financial processes and prepare management reports • Manage global allocations and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reports for Senior Management • Monitor and analyze financial results against budgets and explain variances

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field preferred • MBA preferred but not required • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Power BI • Experience with financial planning software such as Yardi, SAP, Oracle, D365 is preferred • Fluency in English is essential • Fluency in other languages relevant to the region being managed is an advantage
