📋 Description

• Support development and maintenance of project schedules and tracking tools • Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment on deliverables • Track key milestones, risks, and action items across projects • Maintain project documentation, reports, and data repositories • Support budget tracking and cost management processes • Assist in preparation of executive and internal project reporting • Facilitate communication and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders • Identify potential issues and support escalation through project managers

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure delivery, or project management • Experience with energy, utility, or large-scale infrastructure projects • Strong project management skills, including schedule, budget, and risk management • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with energy project lifecycle and delivery challenges
