📋 Description

• Drive the definition, strategy, and roadmap for core components of the VAST AI OS, and establish and scale product management practices that enable high alignment, fast iteration, and cross-functional clarity. • Partner closely with engineering, dev architects, sales, marketing, and support to bring visionary product capabilities to market. • Balance technical depth with business understanding to influence roadmap priorities and trade-offs. • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring we solve the right problems for enterprises navigating the data explosion across on-prem and cloud environments. • Build processes like OKRs, feedback loops, and prioritization frameworks that align engineering, sales, marketing, and support around a common vision. • Be a key contributor at a pivotal time in company growth, shaping strategy, roadmap, and product management discipline for VAST AI OS.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience in both small, fast-paced companies and larger enterprises. • Prior experience in establishing frameworks for prioritization, goal-setting (OKRs), and customer/market feedback loops. • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a passion for cross-functional alignment and clarity. • Technical background in distributed systems, storage, or data platforms. • Track record of building scalable product management processes and cross-functional alignment. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs. • Passion for building methodology, not just products - helping to shape how VAST grows. • Customer-obsessed, with the curiosity to dig into complex enterprise use cases and distill them into clear, executable priorities. • Bonus: background in data warehousing, query engines, and data integration pipelines.
