📋 Description
• Manages the Healthcare Analytics team as it provides fiscal centric data and reporting to the organization for the counties within the catchment area. • Leads the Healthcare Analytics team in interpreting and analyzing data and manages the development and submission of regular and ad hoc reports from a variety of data sources. • Work with applicable organizational departments to present, review, and take action on cost of care reporting. • Directs staff projects and maintains internal work plans to meet reporting needs of the department.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics/BI, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline required. • Must have: 8 years of experience in the development of healthcare data analysis or research require 2-3 years management or team leadership experience.
