📋 Description

• Act as the primary client lead for clients and programs assigned • Develop client relationships that provide insights and bid opportunities for the organization • Own program coordination from bid to contract award, including delivery and production phases • Develop and manage detailed program schedules aligned to customer milestones • Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain • Ensure all deliverables meet client technical requirements, specifications, and quality • Lead regular program reviews with client stakeholders • Drive proactive risk identification and resolution • Manage contract scope, change orders, and commercial terms • Oversee supplier and sub-tier vendor performance • Support hardware builds, qualification testing, and delivery readiness • Maintain adherence to compliance requirements (ITAR, export controls)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • 7+ years of program/project management experience in aerospace or manufacturing • Experience working as a supplier/vendor to major aerospace customers • Proven ability managing complex hardware programs • PMP certification • Experience with production ramp and scaling
