📋 Description

• Manage B2B customer portfolio and reduce delinquent accounts for global customers • Work directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure invoices are paid on time • Respond to external and internal customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, discrepancies, and contract clarification requests electronically and/or by phone • Invoice delivery and billing tasks • Work closely across the finance team to improve processes, drive efficiency, and monitor internal controls for billings and collections • Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Revenue to resolve customer/payment issues and meet cash goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1 + years of A/R and portfolio management experience • Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills • Self-starter that can analyze and resolve situations independently • Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet business-critical cash goals and close deadlines • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Nice to have) • Experience working with NetSuite (Nice to have) • Software or SaaS collections experience (Nice to have) • Willingness to collaborate with Sales, Services, and Revenue teams
