📋 Description

• Own Our Release Lifecycle: Manage and improve the end-to-end process for releases, patches, and hotfixes. • Be the Cross-Functional Glue: Act as the key liaison between Product, Validation, and Release Engineering to ensure seamless execution. • Build for the Future: Proactively identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes that will support our growth into new application areas. • Enable the Team: Manage our core operational tools (Jira, Vault, etc.), organize our repositories, and onboard new team members for success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations or a similar role. • Familiarity with Enterprise Software (especially cloud based) and typical SDLC’s. • A proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools. • Exceptional communication skills—you can explain complex ideas with clarity and brevity. • A passion for process improvement and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
