• You will continuously maintain and develop our VEGDOG Shopify setup (main shop and international shops). • You will own technical developments, integrations, and the scalability of our platform. • You will use analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, or VWO to identify weaknesses and user behavior. • You will define test hypotheses, analyze results, and derive concrete optimizations. • You will conduct QA processes for new features, releases, and updates. • You will ensure the highest quality standards and brand consistency across the entire customer journey. • You will translate business and marketing requirements into technical tasks. • You will document workflows, integrations, and technical specifications. • You will act as the interface between IT, UI/UX design, brand, and marketing. • You will ensure technical implementations support both performance goals and user-centered design. • You will work with designers on prototypes and validate new features. • You will promote data-driven, user-focused improvements across all teams. • You will monitor e-commerce metrics and identify growth opportunities. • You will drive data-driven decisions to improve conversion, usability, and engagement. • You will create reports on KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, subscription performance, and page speed. • You will define measurable goals for initiatives and track their impact on the business.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in e-commerce or the digital domain • Experience in fast-growing companies with internal and external resources in remote or hybrid setups • Solid knowledge of Shopify Plus, Liquid, and app/integration management • Practical experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and common analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or VWO • Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs, user behavior, and digital conversion funnels • Proven track record of managing digital projects successfully — from conception to optimization • Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and marketing teams in agile environments • Structured, detail-oriented working style combined with strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively lead teams and projects • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
