📋 Description
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. • Prepare and review financial reports. • Supervise core accounting functions including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll accounting, Fixed assets and capitalization, Expense management, and corporate credit cards. • Design, implement, and monitor internal controls. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. • CPA designation (or equivalent). • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS and CAD GAAP). • Experience with audit and compliance processes and managing external advisors. • Bilingual (English and French).
