📋 Description

• As a Senior SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for leading Gupy's technical and organic growth strategy, ensuring our sites and pages achieve optimal performance, indexing, and authority. • This role requires the ability to connect deep technical knowledge, strategic vision, and an experimentation mindset to drive business results through SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). • Architecture and performance: Diagnose, structure, and optimize the site's technical environment (tags, URL structure, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, performance, and accessibility). • SEO and AEO strategy: Develop and evolve data-driven SEO and AEO strategies that connect technical impact with business outcomes in a B2B SaaS context. • Research and insights: Identify organic growth opportunities through keyword research, semantic analysis, authority topic mapping, and emerging search intents. • Content optimization and collaboration: Work closely with content, product, growth, and CRO teams to ensure technical and semantic relevance, strengthening the organic funnel and user experience. • Link building and authority: Design sustainable, safe strategies to strengthen domain authority and backlinks. • AI and automation: Use AI tools for advanced analyses, insight generation, ranking pattern identification, predictive optimization, and automation of SEO and performance tasks. • Monitoring and analysis: Track and interpret metrics for traffic, visibility, rankings, CTR, conversion rate, and technical performance, translating data into clear action plans. • Continuous innovation: Anticipate SEO, AEO, and emerging technology trends, proposing continuous improvements and impact-driven experiments. • Ongoing collaboration: Work side-by-side with development, data, content, and marketing teams to ensure integrated, efficient, and scalable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on B2B SaaS. • Strong experience in technical SEO and tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, HubSpot, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, or equivalents. • Advanced knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, technical optimization, and data analysis. • Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret SEO data to drive strategic decisions. • Strong understanding of search engines and ranking factors. • Knowledge of content marketing and best practices for creating SEO- and AEO-optimized content. • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team. • Growth mindset and business-oriented vision to understand SEO's impact on department KPIs. • Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), Schema Markup, semantic search, and entity-based SEO. • Ability to lead SEO projects and mentor other team members. • Experience with SEO automation and data integrations between tools. • Knowledge of Python, SQL, or BigQuery for advanced analyses. • Experience in CRO and Web Performance as applied to SEO. • SEO certifications.
