Vena Solutions is a SaaS provider of an Excel-native financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform that helps finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and cash-flow and workforce planning. The platform integrates natively with Microsoft 365 apps, ERP/CRM/HRIS systems, and includes an OLAP database (CubeFLEX) and AI features (Vena Copilot) to accelerate modeling, collaboration, and decision-making for enterprise finance organizations.

📋 Description

• Drive hands-on customer adoption through Product workshops/clinics, and guided onboarding efforts to increase repeat usage of Vena Copilot • Identify and resolve real-world adoption blockers (accuracy gaps, UX friction, data/model issues) and partner with Product and Engineering to surface structured, actionable feedback from customers • Validate product improvements with customers and ensure issues are fully closed-loop • Work closely with Marketing to build customer proof points, case studies, and referenceable AI success stories • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Partners with adoption playbooks and best practices • Track and analyze usage patterns to proactively intervene where adoption stalls • Help define what “successful AI usage” looks like across different customer segments • Contribute to improving trust and perceived accuracy of Vena Copilot through real usage

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product Ops, or similar • Strong customer-facing skills (training, facilitation, troubleshooting) • Ability to diagnose problems (not just report them) and drive resolution • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving product environments • Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts into practical workflows • Data-driven mindset – able to track usage, identify patterns, and act on insights • Experience with Excel-based workflows or FP&A tools is a strong asset; Vena knowledge is strongly preferred • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams • Bias for action and ownership – operates with urgency and accountability • Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies • Experience working with AI/ML-powered products preferred • Familiarity with analytics, reporting, or planning workflows preferred • Exposure to SaaS adoption or product-led growth environments preferred
