📋 Description

• Veracity is a business and technology consultancy that specializes in optimizing companies’ business performance and navigating change. • Our experienced team of strategic thinkers, solution experts, and problem solvers work flexibly and collaboratively with our clients to understand their business objectives to drive results. • Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow ITOM Senior Technical Consultant to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. • Job Responsibilities: Lead ITOM engagements across all phases: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer. • Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including: Discovery (horizontal and vertical) Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration Cloud Management CMDB health and governance • Conduct workshops and technical assessments with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define ITOM roadmap. • Customize and script using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to extend platform functionality. • Optimize and configure MID Servers, probes, sensors, and patterns to ensure accurate and efficient Discovery and Service Mapping. • Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios) to enable Event Management and AIOps. • Provide expert guidance on CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, and CI lifecycle management. • Develop and document implementation plans, architecture diagrams, and technical configurations. • Mentor junior consultants and provide oversight on best practices and coding standards. • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 3 years in ITOM implementations. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Service Mapping • Proven experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. • Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB governance. • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs). • Experience configuring and deploying MID Servers across secure environments. • Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, cloud platforms). • Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and documentation skills. • Regular and predictable attendance
