📋 Description

• Engaging, retaining, and enabling customers to fully utilize the Aquatic Informatics software • Understanding customer usage to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Owning customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal • Supporting development of partnerships with key customers • Ensuring on-time delivery of renewals • Developing proactive customer outreach programs and content creation • Identifying and developing new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success Management, SaaS Sales in Account Management or equivalent • Direct experience managing renewals in a SaaS environment • Experience developing and driving one-to-many customer outreach programs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work closely with an owned customer base • BA or BS Degree, in a technically related field or equivalent working experience a strong plus • Experience using Salesforce or a Contract Renewal Automation platform a plus
