📋 Description

• Perform the lead consultant role on business to business (B2B) software implementation projects • Provide functional support on projects • Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels throughout the implementation process to analyze the customers’ needs and alignment with requirements • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the software being implemented • Work in partnership with the FCID project manager on your projects to own the solution • Contribute to continued process improvement, and develop repeatable methodologies and best practices, while maintaining thorough project documentation • Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills • Recommend implementation resourcing and high level planning on prospective project opportunities • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to the food industry and software implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding general consulting skills (soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing, communication, presenting, and stakeholder engagement) • Knowledge and experience of significant aspects of related disciplines such as Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Software Development and Digital Technologies • Experience with Manufacturing or Retail industries including specific experience with enterprise supply chain solutions • At least 4 years of IT consulting experience • Ability to operate in a fluid environment and comfortable with high levels of uncertainty • Experience with implementing and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process
