• Analyze business requirements and design, configure, and test solutions that meet customer needs • Travel 30-40% of the time based on project requirements • Author technical documents such as design and modification specifications • Configure supply chain software to achieve business needs • Create and execute testing to validate software and processes • Build and execute effective training to transition software to end users • Provide on-site and remote support
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Associates’ WMS • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Ability to comprehend complex technical documents and translate requirements into actionable tasks
