📋 Description

• Support clients using ISO’s wcPrism reporting services • Monitor DCO acceptance criteria and provide recommendations for wcPrism edit changes • Identify client data reporting issues and provide specifications for wcPrism system updates • Liaise with the DCO on behalf of Verisk or clients • Conduct extensive research and analysis of customer data and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• College degree, preferably in Business Administration, and 3-4 years’ experience in Workers Comp data reporting required • Proficiency of WCIO standards required • Data Reporting Experience required • Data Processing Experience required • Data Analysis/Research Skills required • Customer Service/Project Management skills required • Excellent troubleshooting ability required • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent required • Must be available to travel in response to business needs
