• Veriswap is a barter marketplace for sports cards on a mission to allow collectors to trade anytime, anywhere • Part of a global team of support specialists reporting to the Customer Support Team Lead • Great growth potential: progression into Level 2 support and specialist roles • Day-to-day responsibilities: respond to customer emails about order statuses, how to use Veriswap, and complaints • Identify bottlenecks and propose SOPs; communicate shipment requests to logistics; report operational bugs • Perks include top-of-market compensation and working with a world-class team

• Competitive greatness • Unimpeachable character • Speed is king • Passionate about customer support and its role in customer-centric teams • Promptly respond to at minimum of 12 customer support emails per hour on Zendesk • Identify customer support bottlenecks and propose systematic solutions (SOPs) • Communicate shipment requests to logistics team to ensure timely delivery • Report bugs in the operational flow to the tech team
