📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to translate business requirements for our system • Focus on clients of varying sizes, complexities, and experience with benefits software • Effectively communicate with the client to capture country-specific requirements • Support project team members to ensure work is done timely • Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal, as well as the applicable benefits and plans • Nuanced understanding of dependencies between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and carrier integrations for platform configuration • Understand applicable new hire, life event, and annual enrollment eligibility periods

🎯 Requirements

• SAP SuccessFactors Certifications: Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification • SAP SuccessFactors Experience: 3 - 4 years • Project Experience: Led 3 - 4+ projects, focusing on the Employee Central Benefits workstream • Involved in 7+ project • Technical Skills • Employee Central Certification Required • Preferred experience in at least 10 implementations of benefits SaaS • Enrollment reporting knowledge is a plus
