📋 Description

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow contract specification sales. • Build relationships with contract merchants, national and regional housebuilders and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Work closely with merchant sales teams to ensure project specifications convert into orders. • Maintain CRM records and ensure all contract opportunities are accurately tracked. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector. • Provide accurate forecasts and reports to assist with sales planning. • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to new product development ideas. • Be willing to travel nationally, including regular visits to London and overnight stays when required.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record in contract/specification sales, ideally within the KBB or a related product sector. • Experience working with housebuilders and developers at both regional and national levels. • Strong knowledge of merchant distribution and key supply chains. • A tenacious, self-motivated approach with a natural ability to spot and convert opportunities. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Highly organised and efficient, with strong CRM experience. • A clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
