📋 Description

• Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops with customers to understand ERP/ECM content management needs • Analyze existing client content structures, data models, and source systems to support effective migration and integration strategies • Design, execute, and monitor content migrations from legacy ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, FileNet, etc.) to modern repositories (e.g., Box, SharePoint Online, etc.) using d4i • Extract, transform, and load structured and unstructured content while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration quality checks • Troubleshoot and resolve migration or integration issues with minimal business disruption • Report on migration status, risks, and key metrics to project leadership • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to reusable migration patterns • Configure and implement d4SAP solutions aligned with customer business processes • Support implementations across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including ArchiveLink and related document management scenarios • Deliver solution walkthroughs and demonstrations to customers during implementation • Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support as needed • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

🎯 Requirements

• BSc/BA or equivalent experience • 5+ years in client-facing consulting/delivery • ERP + ECM implementation, migration, and/or integration experience • Presales support (demos, technical Q&A) • Ownership mindset; accountable for outcomes • Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with customer engagement • Curious and quick to learn new platforms/patterns • Manages multiple workstreams in active projects • Sound judgment and decision-making • Track record delivering on time and on budget
