📋 Description

• Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, CRM updates, and tracking opportunities • Assist with marketing-driven outreach — following up on inbound leads, event leads, and campaign engagement • Help coordinate content solution enablement programs, ensuring clients and prospects receive the right materials and touchpoints • Manage and organize sales enablement materials, proposals, and presentations • Serve as an initial point of contact for new or potential clients, providing friendly and professional communication • Collaborate with Consulting and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent client experiences • Track engagement metrics and share insights with the broader team • Provide support to the sales function — such as quote preparation, scheduling, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, marketing enablement, or customer success • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Eagerness to learn about content management technologies (M-Files, Box, SharePoint, etc.) and AI-driven solutions • Collaborative mindset — you enjoy helping others succeed
