📋 Description

• Own the Move Money Platform roadmap, strategy, and execution globally. • Lead engineering teams through the full SDLC. • Design and operate our network connectivity across fiat and crypto. • Own redundancy, resiliency, and performance. • Own compliance across networks, chains, and jurisdictions. • Be Versapay’s external face to networks, partners, and regulators. • Use AI to make the network smarter. • Be the in-house expert.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in payments or fintech product management, with at least 3 years owning a platform or infrastructure product end to end. • Demonstrated experience designing, integrating, and operating payment network connections across both fiat and crypto rails. • Deep payments expertise across North America and EMEA, spanning fiat and crypto. • Track record of leading engineering teams through the full SDLC. • Operator’s instinct for resiliency, routing, and performance. • Partner-facing and, where required, regulator-facing presence. • AI-forward mindset (preferred). • Excellent executive and partner communication. • Builder mentality.
