📋 Description

• Iterate existing experiences, drive data-led experiments and deliver brand-new products • Unify product strategy: set vision and direction, identify opportunities for cross-product collaboration and execute on strategies • Identify progressive product features leveraging forward thinking technology, data, and tools, including ML or AI • Own the Product Development Life Cycle: lead product end-to-end as part of dedicated squads from discovery through go-to-market • Be the expert on the product and customer: participate in market and technical design sessions, prototypes, and iteration planning • Partner across teams: lead agile cadences with designers and engineers; collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, Sales, and Success leaders • Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify opportunities and design hypotheses and experiments • Operate in a complex cross-functional environment, leading and influencing others for timely decision making • Drive progress: lead development from ideation to launch, define and prioritize backlog, develop epics and write user stories; create customer-facing and internal documentation and facilitate launch and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably with direct exposure or ownership of translating the business strategy to AI/ML and generative AI products • A solid grasp of artificial intelligence, machine learning and related technologies • Strong familiarity with data science principles and practices • Hands on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Savvi AI, Sagemaker • 4+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process • Exhibits a “fail fast” mentality using different types of experiments and research frameworks and testing • Experience with Jira, SQL, Product Analytics tools (Heap, Mixpanel, and/or Amplitude) • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing payments products; built APIs, products and complex systems at scale • Entrepreneurial (“Builder”) mentality; ability to thrive in ambiguous environments • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders; experience presenting to C-level leadership • Possess deep analytics thinking and proven ability to interpret information to inform decision-making • Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or relevant professional experience • Experience with Invoice to Cash processes in a B2B setting, AR billing, treasury and banking services (preferred) • Experience with Fintech or Payments (preferred) • Technical understanding of payment frameworks (preferred) • Ability to connect to databases to inspect/change data (preferred)
