• 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — able to balance priorities efficiently. • Strong written and verbal communication in English. • Familiarity with Harvest, Asana, Linkedin, Leadferno and Canva (or willingness to learn). • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data management. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and accountability. • Positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to reliability. • Flexibility for working an 8-hours-of-work shift between 09:00 AM and 07:00 PM EST.
