📋 Description

• Define and implement the site's Quality policy • Ensure the quality of products manufactured or procured by the site • Implement appropriate risk management and promote a Quality culture • Serve as interim Responsible Pharmacist • Lead and coordinate the activities of the team and ensure team members' skills enable the achievement of objectives • Ensure Product Quality Reviews are completed within required timelines • Drive site Quality performance using key indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified pharmacist with a minimum of 10 years' industrial experience • Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements • Familiarity with standard IT tools (ERP, LIMS) • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 • Upper-intermediate English (B2) • Rigorous, reliable and exemplary; strong analytical and synthesis skills; open-minded; proven ability to manage both hierarchical and cross-functional teams.
