📋 Description
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for each software implementation project • Monitoring and updating internal project management hubs (ex: Jira & Basecamp) • Communicating with clients about project expectations, timelines, and upcoming deliverables • Learning the Vision CAMA solution and teaching it to clients during onsite & remote training sessions • Capturing detailed conversion feedback from clients and translating it for Business Analysts • Driving project process improvements to enhance speed and quality • Tracking project milestones and deliverables until successfully complete
🎯 Requirements
• Deep prior experience as a Project Manager, ideally managing large, complex projects such as ERP, Payroll, or Financial software implementations • Comfortable learning & teaching new software products • Strong communicator and collaborator, adept at managing multiple stakeholders • Highly detail-oriented • Proactive in managing agendas, updating stakeholders, and documenting action items • Comfortable operating within an Agile process • Generates strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Bachelor's degree • Interested in learning about Property Appraisal and the Vision software solutions
