📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solution deployments for enterprise clients, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch optimization • Define success metrics with customer stakeholders and ensure deployments drive measurable business outcomes • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, building trust, and maintaining alignment • Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for business stakeholders • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution • Identify and remove blockers proactively, driving projects forward with urgency and ownership • Support user adoption by aligning workflows, change management efforts, and performance tracking • Monitor performance metrics post-launch and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading SaaS, AI, or technical software implementations in enterprise environments (experience in conversational AI platforms like Cresta, Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, or similar is a plus) • Strong project management skills with a consultative, customer-first mindset • Demonstrated experience owning client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders • Technical fluency, including comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics • Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable steps • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and against defined success metrics • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex implementation challenges • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
