đź“‹ Description
• Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory • Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets • Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions • Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan, including promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, and planogram • Participate in merchandising plans • Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores • Manage own territory and customer meetings • Establish positive relationships with customers • Complete daily reports via the mobile app • Manage the product fleet in the assigned territory • Support customer satisfaction for hot and cold beverages
🎯 Requirements
• Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license • Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets • Ability to submit daily reports • Exclusive access to a smartphone; using an app in the work process is required • Tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks through the app, including post-shift reports • Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection • Full-time availability for a 32-hour-per-week schedule
